Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chenari PS Case No. 64/2018 for the alleged offence under Sections 420, 466, 467, 468, 197, 207 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Allegation against the petitioners is that petitioner nos. 1, 2 and 3 have got executed a deed of gift pertaining to some landed property belonged to the mother of the complainant with connivance of the Consolidation Officer, Chenari, in which petitioner no. 4 is a witness. Learned counsel further submits that for the same land

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75522 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 the informant has filed Title Suit No. 59 of 2002 which is pending in the court of Sub Judge III, Sasaram. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed. Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of one month from today, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Chenari PS Case No. 64/2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
