JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Narhat (Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018, dated 15.03.2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 366(A), 354(B) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act and Section 66 of the I.T. Act.
After some arguments, Mr. Devendra Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
