2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner was appointed as Block Teacher in the year 2006 on the basis of forged educational certificates.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner was earlier granted anticipatory bail by the learned lower court and in the said order it was noted that certificates of the petitioner were found to be ture and correct. . The large number of other accused persons
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81170 of 2023(2) dt.15-12-2023 2/2 against whom similar allegations were levelled in different districts, have already been allowed anticipatory by this Court. Petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 5.10.2023.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S. Case No. 143 of 2023.
