Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 156 of 2018 for the offence under sections 30(a), 38, 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 2.766 liters of liquor was recovered.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this
