2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 56 of 2022 lodged on 07.03.2022, for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c)/20(b)(ii)(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 14.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17324 of 2024 with liberty granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail three months after framing of charge. Counsel submits that charge has already been framed in this case on 08.05.2024 and two witnesses have been examined in this case. Counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2024. Counsel
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80378 of 2024(3) dt.19-03-2025 2/2 also submits that one case which is pending against the petitioner is not related to N.D.P.S. Act.
4. Learned APP for the State submits that charge has already been framed in this case.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 56 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down U/s 437(3) Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Divyansh/- U T
