JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-12-2019 This modification application has been filed for modification of order dated 26.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35172 of 2019, by which, the petitioner has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that due to typographical mistake that in the application in place of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -I, Rohtas at Sasaram, it has been mentioned as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dihri, Rohtas at Sasaram and due to the said mistake and thus prayed for modification of order dated 26.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35172 of 2019.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts order dated 26.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35172 of 2019 is modified to the extent that in the satisfaction portion in place of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas at Sasaram -I, be read as Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -I, Rohtas at Sasaram. All other parts of the other order dated 26.09.2019 shall remain intact.

Further three weeks' time from the date of receipt of the order is allowed the petitioner to surrender in the court below.

Let a cop of this order be communicated to the concerned court below forthwith.
