Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Srinagar (Pujahan) P.S. Case No. 57 of 2018 for the offence under sections 147, 323, 324, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Referring to prosecution case he submits that there is no allegation of any overt act against this petitioner. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76366 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Srinagar (Pujahan) P.S.
