The petitioner seeks bail in connection with G.R.P. Danapur P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the petitioner has moved this Court for grant of bail vide order dated 23.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.25154 of 2019 in which the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected with a direction that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed the present bail petition.
