Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 493/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 15 Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 and 421 Bihar Municipal Act, 2007.

Petitioner happens to be the owner of the truck and the stand of the petitioner is that the polythene bags were loaded on the truck of the petitioner by transporter without knowledge of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, it is ordered that the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within six

No.69767 of 2019(5) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 493/2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
