JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-11-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for grant of benefits of 1st A.C.P. & 2nd A.C.P. on the basis of the pay-scale payable to the Accounts Officer instead of the pay-scale of Senior Accounts Clerk and reliance, for claiming such relief, is placed on office order dated 17.12.2018 issued by the Superintending Engineer, Public Health Engineering Circle, Darbhanga issued in terms of Memo No. 163 dated 08.01.2016 and Memo No. 4936 dated 02.07.2018.

Patna High Court CWJC No.21902 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 Having regard to the nature of prayer made by the petitioner herein, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 3 by filing appropriate representation, detailing therein his entire claim as also annexing the aforesaid memos/orders/resolutions, which shall be disposed off by the respondent no. 3 within a period of six weeks thereafter and in case any benefit is found payable, the same shall be paid within a period of eight weeks therefrom.
