No. 05 of 2018 dated 06.01.2018 registered at Police Station Barari (Semapur O.P.), District-Katihar under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 325, 341, 342, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. I have also perused the relevant record of the case necessary for adjudication of this petition.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this petition reserving liberty to file a fresh petition, in accordance with law, after a period of six months.
