JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Fulwaria P. S. Case No. 161 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 366 and 366A of IPC.

There is allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the girl is not minor, rather major. Petitioner is working outside the State. He has falsely been implicated in this case. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner on the ground that girl is still trace-less.

Having heard both sides, in view of the allegation, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71534 of 2019(2) dt.08-11-2019 2/2 petitioner. However, he has to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail.
