The issue regarding admissibility of benefits under the head pensionary dues and other benefits are being considered by the Department in respect of various employees, similarly situated as the petitioners. Petitioners claim that their claim for the benefits prayed for in the instant writ proceedings may also be considered by the respondent-Authorities, namely, Respondent No 6. For that, they will submit a representation stating their claim for all post retiral dues within three weeks from today.
In view of such submission, no adjudication is called for in the instant proceedings and keeping the same pending will serve no useful purpose.
