2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner alongwith other coaccused persons are alleged to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has denied the prosecution case and has not stated anything about this petitioner. She has specifically stated that she was in love with one Chintu, a co-villager of petitioner, and as such, with her own sweet will, she went to Delhi and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80216 of 2023(7) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 solemnized marriage with him (Chintu). She has also stated her age as 18 years.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VII, Darbhanga in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 192 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
