JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-01-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 195 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 30 (d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 10 litres of liquor from the Verandah of the house of the petitioner.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case and the recovery has been made from the Verandah of the house, which is a joint property. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within
