The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sour Bazar P.S.Case No.263 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 332, 333, 427, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per FIR is that the police on information that the scuffle took place between two parties reached at the place of occurrence and a large number of accused persons including the petitioner damaged the police vehicle and the motorcycle of the Chaukidar.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against him and he has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar P.S.Case no.263 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition to co-operate in the investigation of the case.. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
