2. The present Writ Petition has been filled for the following reliefs:- "For issuance of writ order or direction in nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the respondents No. 3 to decide/dispose the pending supply Revision Case No.

183/2023 (Sri Narayan choudhary vs The State of Bihar) which has been arisen from the order dated 29- 05-2023 passed in appeal case no. 23/2021 by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17081 of 2023(2) dt.21-12-2023 2/3 District Magistrate Saran at Chapra affirming the order of cancellation of PDS License bearing memo no. 389 dated 10.06.2021 issued by the sub divisional officer cum licensing authority Sadar, Saran at Chapra."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that the revision bearing No. 183 of 2023 filed by the petitioner is pending before the Respondent No. 3 i.e. the Commissioner, Saran Division at Chapra. Learned counsel has stated that a direction may be given to the said authority to dispose off the revision by fixing a time frame.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents has stated that he has on objection if the direction is given to the Respondent No. 3 to dispose off the revision filed by the petitioner in accordance with law.

5. Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction the Respondent No. 3 to dispose off the revision bearing No. 183 of 2023 pending before him as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order.

6. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing.

Any order passed shall be
