Patna High Court MJC No.4506 of 2019(13) dt.08-05-2026 2/2 in compliance of the order of this Court dated 3.10.2018, passed in CWJC No. 17728 of 2018, the Vice-Chancellor, Magadh University, Bodh Gaya, vide order dated 6.5.2026 has directed for absorption of the services of the deceased original writ petitioner. Hence, it is submitted that the present petition be disposed off.
