Petitioner, already in custody since 8.2.2018, seeks bail in Silao PS Case No. 239 of 2017 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of the IPC.

It is submitted that the petitioner purchased the laptop and the mobile which were recovered from his possession, one of the coaccused who committed theft Vicky Kumar has made confessional statement in para 31 of the diary disclosing this fact, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been in custody for the last three months Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Praveen Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Silao PS Case No. 239 of 2017.
