JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 16-09-2025 This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 19.04.2018 passed in CWJC No. 16427 of 2017, wherein, this Court while setting aside the order cancelling the appointment of the petitioner dated 05.09.2017, had directed the respondents to grant all consequential benefits

Patna High Court MJC No.4507 of 2019(5) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 including the arrears as well as the current salary, as a consequence of quashing of the order by which the petitioner's appointment was cancelled.

2. Opposite parties have filed a show cause, wherein, in paragraph No. 5 it has been stated that in the light of the order passed on 19.04.2018, the respondent No. 6 / District Education Officer, Purnea has sent Rs. 3,34,491.00 to the Panchayat employment unit Account which has been transferred in the Account of the petitioner.

3. On perusal of the show cause filed by the opposite parties, I find that the order dated 19.04.2018 passed in CWJC No. 16427 of 2017 has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4. In view of the above, this contempt application stands closed and disposed off.
