Earlier, the learned Magistrate was directed to dispose of the case within four months. Vide aforesaid letter, learned Magistrate reported that nine witnesses in the case have been examined and the case is fixed for evidence of the Sergeant Major.

In view of the aforesaid submission, two months more time is granted to the learned court below to conclude the trial positively and S.P. Katihar is directed to ensure production of the concerned Sergeant Major before the court on the date fixed without fail.
