The petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2018 in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 166 of 2015 for the offence registered under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only allegation as made out against the petitioner is that he may have supplied the mobile number of the informant to the accused persons for demanding Rangdari. Save and except, the said allegation there is no further material to support the prosecution case against the petitioner. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 25.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46598 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19979 of 2018 (3) dt.26-04-2018 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 166 of 2015.
