2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar P.S.Case No. 834 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A), 376(3), 325, 342, 377/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4,6 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the mother of the victim girl was involved in prostitution. The petitioner is said to have assisted the mother of the victim in getting a house.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2023, having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case,

No.84033 of 2023(3) dt.19-03-2024 2/2 this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI cum Special Judge POCSO-I, Muzaffarpur, in Sadar P.S.Case No. 834 of 2023.
