2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jaipur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2023, corresponding to POCSO Case No. 55 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 308, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the FIR, on 14.06.2023, due to dispute of plucking mango, petitioner no. 1 gave bamboo blow on the head of the informant, as a result of which, blood was oozing from his

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The occurrence took place on a trivial issue on plucking of the mango fruits. They are the persons of clean antecedents and the injuries are simple in nature.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the clean antecedent, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Jaipur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
