Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Brabar Bishunganj (O.P.) P.S. Case No.28 of 2024 dated 24.03.2024, registered for the offence punishable u/s 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise Court No. 1, Jehanabad. 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80767 of 2024(2) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
