JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 5/ 24-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Matihani P.S. Case No. 163 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 28.10.2017.

In the written report there is specific allegation against co-accused Chunchun Singh of making firing on the father of the informant. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with Bimlesh Kumar surrounded the father of the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
