The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 135 of 2016 (G.R. No. 1327 of 2016) for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the accused persons including the petitioner, who is the husband of the victim lady is not only killing the victim lady but also killing her own daughter of aged about two years in a gruesome manner.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and in fact the victim lady had gone missing from her maternal home.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23600 of 2018 (3) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the entire case diary and find that the petitioner has been found to have been involved in a gruesome murder of the victim lady and her little daughter aged about two years and this fact about the little daughter having also been murdered was suppressed while the counsel was arguing the matter, however, this Court discovered this fact while perusing the records. In view of the serious nature of the charges levelled against the petitioner, this Court does not find any merit in the petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U T
