Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 23.06.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.24796 of 2017, with a direction to the learned trial Court to conclude the trial without a period of nine months. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nine months has expired and there is no progress in the trial. Heard learned A.P.P. also and perusal the record. From perusal of the record, it appears that the aforesaid order of this Court was not brought to the knowledge of the Court and as such trial has not been concluded within the stipulated period. The learned trial Court has assured that the trial may be expedite on priority basis and try to dispose of the same as early as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20182 of 2018 (4) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 possible.

In view of the report, I am not inclined to grant the bail rather the learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and try to dispose of as early as possible.
