The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawada-Nagar P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the daughter and son-inlaw of the petitioner having killed the deceased. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an old lady and has got no complicity in the alleged crime and in fact, when the police had come to investigate the matter, she had disclosed fairly to them that she had seen her daughter and son-in-law committing murder of the deceased. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20480 of 2018(4) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 being an old lady, is not likely to flee away and she is languishing in custody since 29.01.2018. The petitioner is having a clean antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Nawada in connection with Nawada Nagar P.S. Case No. 35 of 2018.
