2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 302, 498(A), 379, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner along with other family members tortured the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during the pendency of the case dispute has been resolved and informant is living with the petitioner pursuant to the order passed by the Court below.

5. Learned counsel for the informant does not dispute the contention of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Danapur, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No. 843(C)/2022, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
