Madhuri Lata ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 27-05-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through Video Conferencing in view of the lock-down on account of COVID-19 pandemic.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Goraul P.S. (Kathara) Case No.195 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 363, 365 and section 302 IPC.

In the present case, an FIR has been lodged by Sanjay Kumar Sah stating that his son has been traceless, requested the Police to find out his son, later on, the son of the informant was found dead. The informant has taken the name of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that altogether four similarly situated persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.74980 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70521 of 2019(5) dt.27-05-2020 2/2 2019 and the same learned Court called for the case diary. Perused the case diary and from where it does not show any material connecting the petitioner in the present case. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on regular bail on his personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. (Kathara) Case No.195 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court. In case of failure, the bail granted to the petitioner will be treated to have been withdrawn.
