JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 6/ 24-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Goraul P.S. Case No. 280 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 6.11.2017. It is alleged in the written report that one country made pistol of 315 Bor's and three live cartridges have been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody and petitioner having clean antecedent, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten
