JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bettiah Town P. S. Case No. 650 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 467, 468, 414, 34 of IPC. As per F.I.R. police intercepted one motorcycle without having registration number, arrested one accused, who disclosed the name of the petitioner, who succeeded in fleeing away from the spot. It further appears that petitioner is accused in one more case also.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confession, there is nothing against the petitioner and in earlier case, he was made accused on the basis of suspicion.

No.78340 of 2019(2) dt.02-12-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the allegations and antecedent, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender and pray for regular bail before the learned court below, the same shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by order of this Court, and if, possible to be disposed of on the same day.
