ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 27-11-2025 The prayer sought for in the petition filed by the writ petitioner seeks a general direction to the respondents authorities seeking to stop the construction of the Panchayat building in the school premises.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19174 of 2025(2) dt.27-11-2025 2/2 petitioner submits that the respondentrs-authorities are constructing Panchayat Bhawan in the school premises in spite of giving representations dated 07.10.2025 (P/6) to the authorities asking them to stop the construction of Panchayat Bhawan in the school premises but till date no action has been taken.

3. This Court is of the opinion that the petitioner has to file a Public Interest Litigation as he is not seeking any specific direction for stopping of un-authorised construction of his neighbour.

4. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is dismissed with a liberty to move the Public Interest Litigation if he so advised.
