The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Bihiya (Bahoranpur) P.S. Case No. 189 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having assaulted and fired upon the deceased resulting in his death.

It is further submitted that as far as the petitioners are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation against them and the fact is that the petitioners are having clean antecedents. It is further submitted that the petitioners are languishing in custody since 14.06.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Bihiya (Bahoranpur) P.S. Case No. 189 of 2019.
