Petitioner is in custody in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 67 of 2017 for the offence under sections 147, 341, 324, 379, 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and on account of scuffle the informant side sustained injury.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that there is allegation of Khanti blow on the informant side and as such petitioner does not deserve bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner drawn attention of this court that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted regular bail and anticipatory bail as well.
