JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 307 and 302 of the IPC. As per the FIR, the petitioner hurled bomb on the informant causing grievous injuries to him. Petitioner has criminal antecedent and is in custody since 6.9.2017. Considering the gravity of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
