The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 745 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding the accused persons having fired at the son of the informant resulting in his death in the hospital.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and admittedly the son of the informant did not disclose about the petitioner being one of the assailants while the informant had gone to the hospital and had a talk with his son. It is further submitted that

The learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrte, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 745 of 2019.
