Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

From possession of the petitioner a country made loaded pistol and cartridges were allegedly recovered. Petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2017. Petitioner has got a criminal antecedent of murder case. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of nine months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6306 of 2018 (3) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Maner Police Station Case No. 522 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
