Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, merely on the basis of suspicion because the petitioner had taken away the deceased, has been implicated in this case though it is a case of accidental death. It is further submitted that in the case diary, findings of the Investigating Officer regarding place of occurrence suggest that there was an accident. The post mortem report shows various injuries by hard and blunt substance as well as sharp cutting weapons. The death has been caused by the said injuries.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17248 of 2018 (3) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 Considering the nature of allegations against the petitioner, this Court, for the present, is not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for bail. The same is rejected. (Madhuresh Prasad, J) M.E.H./- U T
