Mr.Lalan Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 29-11-2024 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 09.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 46666 of 2024 it was observed that the petitioner may renew his prayer after four months from today.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per observation of order dated 09-07-2024, the stipulated period has been completed.

4. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80811 of 2024(2) dt.29-11-2024 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 88 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date till conclusion of the trial.

6. If the petitioner misuses the privileges for bail, the learned court below at liberty to pass any order including the order of cancellation bail bond of the petitioner.

7. Before accepting the bail bond, the criminal antecedent(s) of the petitioner shall be verified and if it is found that he is involved in any other case except the present one, his bail bond shall not be accepted.

8. Petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date as directed by the Court and on his absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the Court below.
