2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 334 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Sections 304B, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution case, in short, is that the petitioners alongwith other accused persons tortured and killed the deceased for the non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners has falsely been implicated in the present case.

No.81075 of 2024(6) dt.25-06-2025 2/3 Learned counsel further submitted that initially complaint was filed by the mother of the deceased and later on, under Section 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. the FIR was registered. Petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law, petitioner no. 2 is cousin father-in-law, petitioner no. 3 is devar and petitioner no. 4 is married nanad of the deceased. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that general and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioners. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioners. Learned counsel further submitted that petitioners are separate in mess and business and has got no concern in the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioner no.1 has one criminal antecedent whereas petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4 have no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court
