2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 169 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 109 of the BNS and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have fired at the victim causing gunshot injury to the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that there is specific and direction allegation against the petitioner of firing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78961 of 2025(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 at the chest of the victim.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
