Store Keeper of Majhaulia Sugar Industries Pvt. Ltd. filed written report disclosing therein that on 12.6.2019 one gunmetal bush was brought over Truck No. UP-52F-6407. After unloading the same, the old gunmetal barring liner was sent through the aforesaid truck to M/s Goyal Engineering Works, Gorakhpur which did not reach to its destination. Narendra Kumar Saini is the owner of the vehicle while Abhay Kumar Singh @ Ankur Singh is the driver. Repeatedly an effort has been taken to contact them but in vein. After registration of the case, the owner Narendra Kumar Saini alongwith the truck in question was apprehended/ seized on 28.6.2019 near Singh Line

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75759 of 2019(5) dt.20-07-2020 2/2 Hotel, Mohammadpur Road which, para-14 of the case diary discloses and then, as is evident from para-26, the petitioner has been apprehended. It is further evident that the owner of the vehicle Narendra Kumar Saini has already been granted regular bail vide Cr.Misc.No. 68489/2019. It is further evident that charge sheet has already been submitted.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Abhay Kumar Singh @ Ankur Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Majhaulia P.S.Case No. 349/2019.
