JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 The present petition has been filed seeking the modification of the order dated 05.08.2019 passed in CWJC No. 18889 of 2018, whereby and whereunder the petitioner was granted liberty to seek redressal of her grievance before the respondent No. 5, to the extent that since the competent authority is the respondent No. 3, hence, the petitioner be permitted to seek redressal of her grievance before the respondent No. 3.

The learned counsel for the respondents does not have any objection.

Accordingly, the aforesaid order dated 05.08.2019 passed in CWJC No. 18889 of 2018, stands modified to the extent that the authority, before whom the petitioner would seek redressal of her grievance, would be deemed to be respondent No. 3.

The present petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
