JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 28.11.2017, seeks bail in Kudhani PS Case No. 470 of 2017 registered under Section 307/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner in brief is of shooting at the informant's son causing fire arm injury on his chest. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged 19 years and has falsely been implicated. However, there is specific allegation against the petitioner of shooting on the chest of the informant's son causing fire arm injury, which is grievous in nature.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and preferably conclude the same within a period of one year and if the same is not concluded within the stipulated period the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
