====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3.

25-04-2018 Heard Sri Harish Kumar, learned counsel assisted by Sri Shashi Shekhar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Damodar Prasad Tiwary, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

This is the 4th attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner within short period of custody. The petitioner, who is having criminal antecedent, which fact has been reflected in paragraph - 3, and is in custody since 08-04-2016 in Sessions Trial No. 542 of 2016 (arising out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016) registered for offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act, 1959.

It appears that petitioner is of the opinion that if

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23335 of 2018(3) dt.25-04-2018 2/2 repeatedly bail petitions are filed, he would be granted such privilege.

Considering the fact that petitioner is accused in about five cases mostly relating to robbery, there is no reason to review my earlier order.

The prayer for bail again stands rejected.
