2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Simri Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner has killed the deceased. During investigation, independent witness have said that the deceased have illicit relation with one Mithun Kumar and with whom she has studied earlier and she committed suicide.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa/concerned Court below in connection with Bakhtiarpur P.S. Case No. 56 of 2024.
