2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with K.Hat P.S. Case No. 244 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(B) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 308.710 grams of smack from a four wheeler vehicle which was driven by the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 15.06.2025.

5. Considering the quantum of recovery, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
