Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that having no criminal antecedent, the petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2017 and that the estimated time of death, as recorded in the post mortem report, does not corroborate the allegations made in the first information report.

Having gone through the post mortem report, it appears that the doctor has opined death of the victim due to asphyxia caused by strangulation. That is the allegation against the petitioner.
